Yes! Scoop Doody offers full-yard pet waste removal services. We will clean your entire yard, ensuring no dog waste is left behind.
No, we will never ask you to sign a contract. You are able to pause, change or cancel your subscription at any time. We ask that you provide us with a 24-hour notice prior to your service day. Scoop Doody promotions may require a commitment to a specific service period to qualify for discounts or special offers.
To ensure yours and your pet’s safety we use a kennel grade disinfectant after every client we service. Also, we send you a photo of your locked gate as we are leaving for extra peace of mind. At Scoop Doody your pet’s safety is our top priority.
Your satisfaction is very important to us! If you’re unsatisfied with our service for any reason, please contact us, and we’ll make it right.
Yes! Scoop Doody can work with your dogs in the yard. However, we require an initial meeting with you and your pets to ensure everyone is comfortable. If your dog is aggressive, they will need to be kept inside during the service. If we are unable to enter your yard due to an aggressive dog, we will not be able to perform the service for that day, and the regular charge will still apply.
We double-bag your pet’s waste and dispose of it in your trash can. If your trash can is unavailable, we will place it neatly on the side of your house. For a small fee, we can also remove the waste and dispose of it for you.

If access is blocked (e.g., locked gates, aggressive pets, or other obstructions), we may be unable to complete the service, and a visit may still be charged. • While we take every precaution to remove all visible pet waste, we cannot guarantee the removal of waste hidden under leaves, tall grass, or debris. • Scoop Doody is not liable for any illnesses, infections, or diseases related to pet waste exposure before, during, or after our service. • Customers acknowledge that our sanitizing and deodorizing treatments help reduce bacteria and odors but do not eliminate all germs or guarantee complete disinfection. By scheduling or using our services, customers accept these terms. Scoop Doody reserves the right to update this disclaimer as needed.
